[MT-L] "Cannot access web root for client" error for BBK History Backup

Hello – We had an unscheduled downtime over the weekend in Meditech 5.65.  When we came back up, the BBK History Backup stopped working.  We continue to get the “Cannot access web root for client” error message.   No settings were made to the local client.  IP address is the same.   Our IT can ping the local client and, from the background client, access the historical folder.   Has anyone experienced the same and would you share your resolution?  Thank you.  Nicole

I’ve been working with Meditech, but we cannot determine the cause.

This has happened to us a couple of times and in the BBK HX Backup Client dictionary the PC was at a status of ACTIVE—NO. It appears that after it cannot make contact for a while the system was changing it to not active. Once we made it active again everything worked.

Because we are receiving this error for every record, no records cross even if the client is set to active.  In fact, once the number of errors reaches 100, the status is changed from active to inactive.
