[MEDITECH-L] Document Viewer problems

Hi, we are having problems with the Meditech Document Viewer working correctly in Citrix. Everytime we request a report the document viewer appears blank. Meditech is currently working on this issue with us but so far have not been able to resolve. I've noticed on meditech-l blog that other users are having this problem. I'm wondering what is causing this problem and/or how to fix it.

I saw that problem here if the printer I had installed did not have the
correct drivers.
MEDITECH reports look to the printer for available fonts before it shows
the report. If it doesn't have
The right fonts , the report comes out as blank.
For example , one of our users has a computer where the default printer
is a label printer. Whenever
They went into EMR to view a MSWORD report , the view came out white.
When we changed the default printer
To one that was installed everywhere with the correct drivers , I think
it was an HP TN4000 or something,
It worked from that client everytime.

Citrix is a little bit different when it comes to printers and drivers,
so I am not sure if this helps or not.

We are Magic 5.61 and reported the following issue shortly after going
live with 5.61 in June 2007:

"A blank page is printing prior to the report pages when selecting a
range of pages from a report first sent to VIEW and the "Print From
Page" is greater than1; i.e. Print From Page = 2 and Thru Page = 3. I
tested on two network printers and one local printer. The network
printers are an HP4050 and an HP4250 both of which printed the blank
page. The local printer is a Lexmark Optra E310 and it did NOT print
the blank page. This just started happening since we went live with
version 5.61."

Meditech found MIS 8974, but in order for us to get this DTS, we would
also have the accept all of thse DTS's:
