Does anyone know how to get the F9 key to work on a surface pro?

We are using the SurfacePro 3 with Magic 5.67.  You can setup the Function keys (F9 etc) to work on a single key stroke by holding down the ALT key then pressing the Fn Key.  This will allow single stroke for the function key to work.  You do loose the PgUp and Pg Dn key.  You must then use the Fn with the PgUp or PgDn.  To turn the single stroke for the function keys just use the ALT/Fn key combination again

To get the right control key to work you can use the CTRL A key combination.  I have started teaching the * icon on the right side of the
