Hi I am looking for an attribute to accomplish the following:

If the answer to QUERY 1 (a multiple) is STR

Then QUERY 2 is required (a multiple)

Query 2 also needs to be accessible regardless of the answer to QUERY 1

Thanks, I'm a cut and paster, I really don't speak the language!

Try this. Will have to expand to M[4],M[5].... if you think your STR
response might be documented past the third line of it's multiple query.
