To All:
We are in the process of testing Magic 5.6.3 and we're having problems of lab labels not printing for orders entered in OE. We had the same problem when the order was entered in LAB but MEDITECH rebuilt our labels and that resolved the issue.
Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, what was the cause of it and how was it resolved? I am still waiting to hear from MEDITECH. Thanks in advance.

We are in the process of upgrading to Magic 5.63. I had the same issue.
I have to re-file my label formats to get them to print. That goes with
OE order rules as well.

To All,
I figured it out. The 1st thing I checked was the LIS Device dictionary but I didn't actually go in all the way. I stopped short on the look-up and saw the Y on the Active column and there goes my email. Anyway, I just rechecked it and went all the way to the Device dict and I saw that the field where you define the device name is not the correct one. Duh!
Anyway, I appreciate your help.

PS:
I hope I don't get charged for all the trouble. lol
