1. Patient registered as ER and seen there
2. Determined need to go to surgery
3. What do you do with the patient type? SDC, OBS, Inpt?
Our issue is- sometimes we do not know when sending to surgery from the
ER if the physician will keep the patient after and if so if
obs/inpatient.
