Is anyone else having problems with Dose Range errors with Micromedex?
My best example of this is for Digoxin Elixir.
My Admin form is ELIX
Admin Routes are PO and FT (feeding tube)
What populates from the FSV load is XPSD179990SOL which is for an IV dose.

I just happened to find this one and have been looking for others.

Of course Meditech blames the FSV and the FSV thinks that it is a Meditech indexing problem.

Thoughts?

Barb

Did you check the Equivalent FSV route of Administration for both PO and
FT in the route of administration dictionary? The FSV route has to
match the route in Meditech or the dose range checking gets mapped
incorrectly.
