Use the FN key + the F key to use the Meditech shortcuts. Alternatively in system preferences you can reverse it so the FN key + the F key performs the Mac function and just hitting the key will give you the Meditech functions.

Are you MAGIC or C/S?

I have MacBook (not a Pro) at home that I use without much trouble with
Citrix & MAGIC. I can't use the function keys, but since I'm using the
4.x workstation, I don't really need them. I use the buttons on the
right-hand side of the window to replace the function keys.

Subject: [MT-L] Run Meditech through Citrix on a MacBook Pro

Does anyone currently run Meditech through Citrix on a MacBook?

We have manager who uses a MacBook Pro. She remotes into our system via
the Citrix client. From the webpage she logs in to, she launches
Meditech (through Citrix). Meditech opens and runs just fine, but none
of the function keys work. When pressing F9, F11, F12, etc it does not
do what it should in Meditech. Instead it performs whatever Mac function
it is programmed to do.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Chris
