[MEDITECH-L] 3M Core Grouping Software (was 3M APC Grouper Plus) for edits on our Medicare OutPatient claims

Hello:

We use the 3M Core Grouping Software (was 3M APC Grouper Plus) for edits on
our Medicare OutPatient claims.

Since the July update to versions 9.2.0 and 9.2.1 in the 3M Core Grouping
Software, all OCE edits create error messages, however the claim is not
"held" and the APC Status in Meditech is finalized. Then the claim is
packaged up and sent to the Intermediary and comes back "rejected".

Does any Hospital use 3M Core Grouping Software????

If so, are you experiencing any problems with OCE edits on Medicare
OutPatient claims????

If so, are you aware of a "fix" from either Meditech or 3M ????
