[MT-L] Meditech 6.x failed to initialize buffer pool

Hi all – Wondering if any 6.x sites have come across the following error while launching procedures  (for example – Enter/Edit Dicitonaries.  The error our users are getting is “Error: Failed to initialize buffer pool”.  The user clicks on OK and it let them thru.  It is more of a nuisance for our users.
