Subject: Question for the L

We need some input from Meditech users on the “L”  regarding the TOSOH G8 instrument running Glycohemoglobin SA1c’s

We need to know if anyone is auto-validating patient results and if so, how are they doing it without reviewing chromatograms prior to auto-releasing.

The operators manual clearly states to review “every” Chromatogram before releasing the SA1c result.

Any input would be great.

Subject: Re: MEDITECH Issue LAB #79902288 - Open

I need a favor for some feedback if anyone running Meditech software is auto validating with a TOSOH G8.

Package insert reads like Chinese software on steroids...

We need to go live with the instrument this week but still need to pursue the data on auto validation....

Thanks,
