Good morning,

Does anyone know of or have a report for productivity for BAR? We are
trying to find a way to keep track of the Business Office staff's work.
We're looking to see when each user makes notes in accounts and things
like that.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Are your billers using canned text? If so, you can run compiled reports off it.

I'd suggest cruising through all the BAR TXN Types, and evaluating which types of transactions you want to count.
Either BAR.BCH (if within purge parameters) or BAR.PAT. Do a search of the Knowledge Base for BAR Txn Types, you'll find the documentation of all of these.

You could estimate a length of time based on a txn type, or provide a flat value to multiply by the quantity of said transaction types. Or try to capture # of characters in a comment, but this would only work for this txn type...
