[MEDITECH-L] Iatrics help

I need to talk with someone that has Magic 5.62 and Iatric Scanning.

I am almost at the point of Tears trying to work with Meditech to set up the downloads to Iatrics.

I have the Nursing working, but they tell me that there is no way to automatically send the Med.Dis Summary to Iatrics even though it is a part of the Nursing documentation? I don't understand this.

We also have OR in Magic and we are having to download daily by each Room. Meditech is telling me that we cannot automate this process and we cannot schedule this to run because if there is no cases in a room that day then we get an error.

I could use any help you can give. I am not a Programming Guru so this is very stressful to try and figure this out.

I expect that you are trying to schedule reports that Meditech won't allow you to schedule, so that you can automatically send them to a virtual printer via software from ISSolutions and thereby make the document available in IatricScan.

It is usually possible to wrap a standard Meditech print program in some additional programming inside a custom report so that you can schedule something that cannot be scheduled directly. NUR Profiles are one example.
I can't tell what you are trying to do out of OR, but possibly that could be automated as well.
