[MT-L] Meditech and E-Care Next

We are a Meditech client Server facility currently version 5.65. We have installed the ecare Next product from Passport for insurance verification and continue to experience a variety of problems such as the “next” bar freezing, wrong patients being pulled in, and the log in page popping up in the middle of a registration and at the end of every registration. We have replaced all PC’s with new PC’s. We have installed multiple new versions of the “next bar” as supplied from the vendor. We have tried windows 7 machines as well as XP’s with no resolution to these issues. Is there anyone using these two products together that would be willing to share info with us? Even if you’re having the same problems, it would help to know this. Thanks in advance for your help.
