Good Morning,
Hope all is well. Is there anyone on Meditech 6.x using the Billing UOM and Multiplier functionality where the correct amount documented on eMAR is sent to BAR?

I think the problem is that you are talking 2 multipliers. The multiplier in pharmacy is used along with the NDC to print on the claim for Medicaid patients so that Medicaid can get a rebate from manufaturers. The multiplier in BAR is for drugs with HCPCS codes which then multiply out the amount billed in pharmacy so the correct number of billing units show up on the claim to Medicare and other insurers who use HCPCS codes.
Apples and oranges.

Mr. Downs, what version of Meditech are you all using? How do you all have this set up?
