Does anyone have a report or know of a way to determine the number of
doses that were scheduled to be administered, but were not documented
on?

I am trying to find out how many doses, especially one time doses, are
getting missed.

thanks - Roger

Roger - Have you tried #14 eMAR Exception Report under e-MAR reports? It should list all med times that haven't been documented against.

When we rolled out eMAR initially, we had the Exception Report set up to run on a scheduled basis for each unit each shift so that omissions/missed documentation, if any, could be caught and corrected prior to the nurse leaving.
