There is a lot of good information here.
Your requested nugget of knowledge is here. (see below) In brief, one
full time FTE for just the Data Repository. (Good luck with that!!) At
the very least you will need to have several people trained in SQL
Administration and Report Writing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
and perhaps Access and/or Crystal Reports.

Do not forget to investigate obtaining the Blue Elm DRAuditor software.
It automates the process of comparing the data in your DR tables to what
is in your MAGIC or C/S System. There is really no other way you can

The Meditech DR Staffing Document is the same for both C/S and MAGIC,
and reads:
"MEDITECH recommends that the customer's Data Repository Core Team be
comprised of at least the following:
1. SQL Database/Windows Administrator (required) - A staff member on
site who is proficient in SQL Server Administration.
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to secure a resource that is
able to perform the functions below.
This person must understand the following aspects of SQL Server:
Administrating Security
Administrating Users, Workgroups, SQL Roles
Responsible for maintaining the hardware
Installation of Windows/SQL software
Installing Windows/SQL Service Packs
Managing access to DR Server/SQL/Databases
Creating/managing SQL Objects
Creating/managing customer defined tables
Managing Reports and/or ODBC Reporting Tools
Performing SQL database backups and server backups
Executing routine maintenance on indexes, full text catalogs, etc
Performing database tuning and performance monitoring
2. Data Repository Team Lead - A staff member who will coordinate the
maintenance of the Data Repository application.
This person will be responsible for the following:
Monitoring all Data Repository transfers and background jobs
Understanding of the terminology associated with MEDITECH data
structures and SQL
Familiar with one or more MEDITECH applications
Experience in SQL Reporting
3. Report Writers - Staff members that are proficient in SQL report
writing.
Report creation staffing will be dependent on the individual site's
anticipated reporting requirements.
Full Time Equivalent Staffing
MEDITECH estimates that the implementation and support of the Data
Repository product will require 1 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) staff for
those administrative and operative responsibilities detailed above.
The number of FTEs required for writing reports will need to be
determined by the customer, based on anticipated site-specific needs.
The customer should evaluate the expected report development efforts and
plan accordingly."
