I thought I could create a spool group of "Ns Mngrs" and attach each of
their printers to this group. However, when I tested this with two
printers, the report only printed on one printer. Should the report
have printed on both printers, and I didn't set it up correctly?
I also tinkered with the "Distribution List" dictionary. I can identify
which pages of the report should be mailed to each manager. However, I
haven't figured out how to schedule a report to print to the
distribution list. It appears to only be available when manually
"mailing" a spooled report.
Do I have to schedule the report 15 times, once each to print to each
printer?

Actually, we have a solution for what I think you need... Assuming that
it's OK to send the file to email (MOX or Outlook) - rather than a
printer - and assuming that you don't need to spool the file first.
Obviously, this will work only inside a custom report.
The attached document is a presentation I made at MUSE regional in
Denver (I seem to remember you were at the conference) some years back
that outlines the process of setting up automatic sending of reports to
multiple people by using distribution groups in MOX.
Thanks once again to Brian Schimt for the code I used.

Printing a report to a distribution allows a report to retain all of its formatting and go to MOX users.

Here's some suggestions:
Idea #1.
Tell your Nursing Managers that in the 21st Century the idea is to go
GREEN, and not print reams of paper printing 15 copies of the same
report. (Good luck with that, by the way.)
Then create a macro for the report that you want to run:
Macro Name = Mail
%MIS.OA.MSG.auto("",Q(^/TEMP,c.xx.mail.to,@.user)),
END
On page 2 of your report, create the field:
"xx.mail.to" OPER= LI
Prompt= Mail to:
On page 3 of your report:
Footnote would be: AL CLOSE.UP (report name.mail)
The "xx.mail.to" field would be defined as:
DAT=FREE
JFY=L
LEN=10
VAL=c.xx.mail.to
Idea #2:
Schedule this report to print and FTP the report to a public folder
where all 15 can review the information. You could setup the file to
print as an HTML file so it would look "purty" and open an IE window
when they clicked on it.
