This can be a nightmare.
The 4250 should have x and y offsets in the settings menu that you can use—this definitely helps. Also, did all the pc names, printer names, ip addresses change during the move? Did everyone keep the same pcs? Is it the same 4250?
The driver used to install the printer can play a role in the alignment issue, and sometimes we’ve had to use drivers other than the one specifically associated with the printer model. If the pcs changed or new printers had to be installed on them, that situation could have been disrupted.
Also, if you are using the MIS ELF dictionary, and the printer name changed, then that would have to be updated.
If you haven’t looked at any of that, it might be a place to start.

Are you using the ELF dictionary to control the printing? If so, and you are now using new printers in Medical Records, you will need to add those printers into the ELF dictionary, too. We use these settings for our claims, but your setup may differ:

Left Margin 0.48 inches
LPI 6
Top Margin 0.17 inches
