We have a user that has been unable to utilize the Shift F9 function in Meditech on her pc. She is able to do this when logged into other pc’s. We have swapped out her keyboard, reinstalled Meditech.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve?

Make sure you do not have any other applications, hardware or software [recently] installed on the computer that may have “hotkeys” assigned to the “F__” keys. If they do, the keys will not work as you are accustomed to them working in Meditech.

Does this user have Snagit installed? I had this issue with the F9 key and F2 when using NPR in CS MT. It was resolved when I reassigned the F9/F2 keys in the settings of Snagit.

I have found that on my laptop I have to use Crtl + F9+ Windows key.

We found out when we went to WIN7 that we needed an additional file in order for this to work in WIN7.
We do not have any issues with XP machines.
Are they Windows or XP machines?
