Again, I am new to the Meditech world, so how do I set up all recurring account to auto discharge after 30 days of inactivity? We are a C/S 5.66 client.
Thank you,

We’ve asked Meditech this as well.
There is no parameter or switch to say discharge RCR accts. after X days of inactivity. (no charges/visits X days to present)
We have written a report to identify this, and we work off of the list to manually discharge as needed.
Not perfect but it works.

Hi Stacy,
Do you need the system to create a new account once the system has discharged the RCR account after 30 days?
We have our parameters set-up to do this, so I would be happy to share them with you if you would like.
Thank you,
