HI Everyone!!

Let me introduce myself to you first. I am a person who have analysed
several meditation techniques and have a lot to share with you and get
lot more from your experiences. I'm well qualified person who has seen
the impact of inner tranquility in the daily life. And this too merely
following the disciplined life scrupulously.

In a nutshell any way in Meditation is perfect that tell you 'HOW you
will reach your destination' rather than 'WHAT exactly is your
destination'. The answer to 'HOW' part, still abiding by our daily
routines and rearing the family can be found in 'Bhagwat Gita' and the
essence is found in 'Vipassana' meditation technique. The other
techniques like 'Sahaj Yoga', 'Art of Living' are actually the same the
same thing as 'Vipassana'. Mediation/yoga is not just a concentrated
mind but a liberated mind. You can say that concentration is subset of
real 'Dhyana Awastha'(Meditative mind)..

Share ur comments ppl...

Hi Vinayagamoorthy!

Abt ur question, the answer is sometimes it is.. I mean u aren't
always sure of your path but as u proceed the ray of light bolesters
your intuition. Gradually the time comes when u r assured that this is
right path..

Any further queries and ur thoughts are welcome..

Regards,
Ashu

Dear Ashu,

Is is correct to say that we move as per our intution
which is attracted by right target. So to get that which way you feel
right.

Dear Vinayagamoorthy,

We move because our external boday is guided by the 'rasas
(attractions)' which leads to misery ultimately e.g. any person having
all the materialistic pleasures may not be happy internally moreover
his would always be aspiring for more and more.

We have no idea or interaction with our inner body (sookshma sharira),
if we are able to satisfy its needs then all these bodily desires
would loose its sheen. After that even after living in these
materialistic pleasures our 'mana' (heart/mind) would not dwell into
it but would remain uniform (without cravings and aversions).

Regards,
Ashish..

Dear Ashish,

Is there any posibility of more than one sookshma sharira in a
external body. ie people commonly say that evil spirits(gost?) in a
persons body.

if the above is true which persons body is captured by such spirits.

expecting your views on good/bad spirits, throwing those foreign
spirits out the body with/without help of others.

Vazgha Vazamudan.

Dear Vinayana,

Every 'sookshma sharira' when liberated from this outer covering body
can be atma/spirit whatever u may call it.. Our sanskaras of this and
several previous births determine the tendency of this sookshma
sharira..

For liberation from janma/marna (birth/rebirth etc); one acquires
support of this outer covering i.e. sharira by aligning himself for
desire less, nirmal mana (refer Bhagwat Gita Chapter 2 & 3 for more
details about this kind of living and its impact on sookshma sharira).

Coming to ur question, spirit is good or bad depends upon the karma
sanskara that it has accumulated over several previous births. If
person aligns himself/herself to a wise path and practice it
scrupulously, changes started coming to his/her sanskara and if a
person dies in that transition, the new birth is taken place in this
environment when he can move further in the path of salvation. Even if
a spirit is good or bad, it can never ever harm or interrupt
anybody... U can expect several thousand/millions of spirits/atman
wandering around u, but ur senses are indifferent to it..

As manushya (human being) progreesses the path of wisdom, one day he
reaches to a stage when he sees the world beyond 6 senses.. and
believe me there are the persons who have reached to that stage and
some are determined to reach there...

I hope I have answered ur question satisfactorily

Regards,
Ashish :)
