Hello, you're receiving this email because you signed in at Meditate
NYC in previous years, or because you joined our mailing list.

We're holding the annual event next Sunday, Nov 8, from 3 - 7 PM at
the Judson Memorial Church on Washington Square Park. We want to
share the practice of meditation, and its power to transform ourselves
and our world, with as many people as possible. Please help us -- if
you know anyone who is ripe for meditation, who is interested in
mindfulness but doesn't have a community or a teacher to practice with
-- please invite him or her to Meditate NYC this Sunday!

Many people say they are "interested in Buddhism" or read books on
spirituality for years, without beginning a serious practice for
themselves. Help us spread the message that Buddhism is something we
can practice here, now, in New York City, supported by renowned
teachers and dedicated communities.
