Hello, you're receiving this email because you attended Meditate NYC
last year. We're holding the event again this Sunday, Nov 9, from 2 -
7 PM. We want to share the practice of meditation, and its power to
transform ourselves and our world, with as many people as possible.
Please help us -- if you know anyone who is ripe for meditation, who
is interested in mindfulness but doesn't have a group or a teacher to
practice with -- please invite him or her to Meditate NYC this Sunday!
