The '98 Batch - Together Again!
Dear friend,
Hope you have gone through the detailed invitation of ‘Together Again’, our first batch reunion to be held at Trivandrum on 22, 23 August 2015.
As we realized the technical difficulty to fill the ‘Registration form’ in Microsoft Word (.doc) format we sent to you in the previous email, we have redesigned the ‘Registration form’ in editable PDF format. This PDF form is extremely easy to fill details, save it and email back to us.
Please find the attached PDF file named ‘Registration form Together Again 98 Batch.pdf’ which will replace the previously sent word format.
From now onwards all are requested to use only the PDF form attached with this email, for registration to ‘Together Again’.
We would also like to remind you that the last date for ‘Early Bird’ registration (15 March 2015) is exactly a month away. Kindly avail the Early Bird rates before it gets too late.
Instruction to use the new PDF registration form
1) 1) Download the attached in your computer ‘Registration form Together Again 98 Batch.pdf’
2) 2) Open the file in Adobe Reader(latest version XI)
3 3) Fill all the fields in page 1 and 2
4) 4) Save the form or use ‘Save As’ option , if prompted enter a file name of your choice
5) 5) Open the newly saved file to check the details again
6) 6) Email the saved file to togethe...@gmail.com
7) 7) We recommend you to use Adobe Reader XI in your computer (PC) than in your mobile or tablet for trouble free data entry.
