Job Details:
Appropriate candidates will have at least 3 years in a hospital
setting transcribing:
History and Physical
Consultation
Operative Report
Discharge Summary
In addition to: Progress notes, Procedure notes, possibly ER notes.

Education in Medical Transcription with certificate of completion to
include:
Medical Terminology
Anatomy and Physiology
Pharmacology
Office/Computer basics
Transcription of medical dictation
