Requirements:
Responsibilities
Design and build agentic systems that autonomously
perform tasks, interact with users, and adapt to changing environments.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code,
following best practices and solid design patterns.
Collaborate closely with architecture, product,
security, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business
goals.
Research and experiment with emerging
technologies, frameworks, and design principles to keep our solutions
cutting-edge.
Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts,
evolving them into production-ready systems.
Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to
deploy AI solutions and manage infrastructure with high performance and
scalability.
Skills/Technology Needed
5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+
years focused on agentic AI or autonomous systems.
Proven experience building multi-agent systems
from scratch.
Strong understanding of how to move AI agents from
proof-of-concept to production-ready systems.
Hands-on experience with Agentic Frameworks: LangChain,
LangGraph, ADK, and custom agent runtime environments.
Proficiency with LLM Integration Platforms: OpenAI
API, Anthropic Claude API, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM,
Ollama.
Knowledge of tool-using AI systems: function
calling, API integration, IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf), Jupyter notebooks, and
sandboxed tool usage.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to
design emergent behaviors and deliver pragmatic autonomous solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience with Agent Orchestration Platforms:
Kubernetes, Apache Airflow, Temporal, Agentspace, event-driven architectures
(Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with Vector Databases & Knowledge
Systems: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, Neo4j, Neptune.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
field.
