Role 1:

OTM Business Analyst

Houston TX( Initially Remote) 

12 Months 

Job Description:

OTM Cloud( SaaS) Experience compulsory

Experience of  Customer’s Requirement Gathering and translating the same  into Functional and Technical specifications for OTM

Good Communication and ability to converse with Business stakeholder for  requirements gathering . Good documentation skills –  Document Requirements, Test Cases , RFP Packages , etc.

Build High level/detailed  Process  maps for transportation and Logistics areas.

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, system analysis, design, development, documentation, training, implementation, and post- implementation review.

Worked as a liaison between Business users/stakeholders, Sales , Engineering , etc

Experienced in SDLC models such as Agile, Waterfall model, RUP and various phases that includes Requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.

Analyze  Customer’s Business Requirement for Optimal  OTM Solution 

Over around 8 to 10  Years of experience in OTM with at least  3  to 4  full lifecycle Implementation.

Hands on  experience  to lead a team of OTM  Consultant ( both Onsite and Offshore ) and Offshore including Project management

Good Hands-on experience in OTM Functional Configurations  in the following Modules ( not limited ) – Order Management, Shipment Management , execution and visibility, Finance , FTI and other modules.

Expert in OTM core modules and over all understanding of OTM Technical Architecture

Sound  knowledge of Logistics   pertaining to domains like  Health care , CPG, Automotive, Hi-tech etc. 

 

Role 2:

OTM Project Manager

Houston TX - Initial Remote

12 Months
