Hi folks
There is an updated RDSR validator in the most recent release of the
PixelMed toolkit, which may be of particular interest if you are doing
any pre-Connectathon testing. It fixes a few defects related to the
refactored projection radiography templates, amongst other things.
See:
http://www.dclunie.com/pixelmed/software/20140326_current/
It implements all of the most recent final text CPs to RDSR listed,
which you can find summarized at:
http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php?title=Radiation_Exposure_Monitoring#Specification
and folded into the (draft) 2013 release of the standard, which you
can find at:
ftp://medical.nema.org/MEDICAL/Dicom/2013-Interim/
and is probably more convenient as a consolidated reference than trying
to figure out what all the CP changes are.
Please let me know if you find any errors or inconsistencies in either
the validator or the draft 2013 standard (which will be finalized at
the end of April).
David
PS. And don't forget to validate the basic DICOM encoding as well as the
SR template compliance, by using something like dciodvfy too:

PPS. The Connectathon staff have been notified of the update, so the
new version should be available in Gazelle shortly and available
for testing in Vienna.
