Today, NHeLP launched its Medicaid Expansion Toolbox to serve as a one-stop resource center for health advocates and states trying to make sense of the recent Supreme Court decision on the ACA, the implications for Medicaid and policy considerations moving forward. You will find national and state-specific resources as well as issue specific publications, like NHeLP’s Q & A on Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments and Medicaid Expansion. The toolbox also features NHeLP’s legal analysis of the Supreme Court ruling and information on the history and current state of ACA litigation. NHeLP will actively update our toolbox in the coming weeks and months as Medicaid expansion unfolds, so bookmark it and check back soon.
