reminder is not working

Dear all,

After testing medic mobile software in the last few days, I got few questions.

When someone register a pregnancy (p 9 someone), the software can promptly send a thank you massage with pregnancy ID. this is good.

Then I tried to set a reminder for 5 minutes after registration (i cannot wait for weeks for testing). Most of the time the 5 minutes reminder is not working, no reminders sent.
If i restart medic mobile software and re-plug the modem, sometimes the reminder are sent. I cannot find a way to force medic mobile to send the remaining reminders.

i tried also to set medic mobile software to send the 5 minutes remainders to sender and sender's supervisor.
when the remainders are sent by medic mobile (most of the time not sent), the sender and supervisor usually receive the message twice. I wonder if i did something wrong with the configuration.

today, i let the software run for several hours to see if the software need more time to fulfill its tasks, the 5 minutes remainders are still not sent.

I am using a computer with dual boot, windows 7 32 bit and ubuntu 16.04 64 bit.
The medic mobile is installed in win7, and looks normal.

Could someone help me?
