New look and feel of MediaWiki Widgets

Hallo friends of MediaWiki Widgets,

this e-mail is to inform you that the website collecting the widgets [0]
got a new look and feel. Basically it was switched to use the mobile
friendly Foreground skin [1] with small CSS adoptions.

Thanks go to user Cavila [2] who helped making this possible and also
put a lot of additional effort into the wiki.
