wdiff producing nice results

Rob Savoye tipped me off on wdiff, a nice word level tool for diffing.

I am going to look into using this for building up the change
repository. Also we will have to look at what versions are close to
which other versions, I think that we should be able to index the
changes based on the words added or deleted, then use this information
to find the ones with the least difference.
