Oslo attachks - A closer look

Europe has seen huge surge in immigrant numbers over the past decade or two. But the immigrants have not been able to gel with the local society in terms of religious, social & cultural aspects. This has led to tension among the people in Europe on many occasions.

The present Oslo bombing seems like an effort to make a point by the right wing Christians to protest the loss of social liberty of the Norwegians. It is worth noting that, more than half of Norwegians are voicing their opinions against Muslim immigration. Immigrants are believed to have effected an infringement on the social life of the host country's citizens. Right wing is said to perceive a potential threat to country's security as a logical progression of this infringement.

The attack specifically targets the PM's office & the incumbent Party's youth camp which is left leaning & pro-immigrants - as a close observer rightly pointed out.
