Error 104

Hi,

I bought your product media handler and uploader. But If I want to
encode some video it returns me this exception "StartIndex cannot be
less than zero.
Parameter name: startIndex"

Hi,

For proper results,

i: Create application, paste files, give proper permission to /
contents/, /ffmpeg/ folders.

ii: Download latest ffmpeg build from http://www.mediasoftpro.com/ffmpeg/resources.html
, replace it with existing ffmpeg files.

iii: Try two or more different format videos and see output.

if you still face problem, send us sample (video files) on our support
email (sup...@mediasoftpro.com) with detail, we will review and send
u detail response with 100% working setup.

I found some assambly reflector and I found that I type wrong PATH. So
sorry the fault was on my side.
