How to resolve 107 error

107 --> Video processing failed, main reason "Unknown Encoder".
How to over come the above mentioned error code , i received this
after uploading the code and the files to online server2007 and iis
7.5. it seems to work cool in local system but not in the testing/
production server.
can any one help me out to resolve this issue.. its urgent

Hi
Error Code mostly arises if there is problem in permission on live
server. Please provide full permission to network services account, if
will fix this issue.
