Permissions Matrix

Hi MediaSilo folks,

Wondering if there is any documented Permissions Matrix? I'm trying to
manage users and levels of permission and struggling a bit with what
check box does what. I've created a dummy account to login and verify,
but thought there may be a better way of going about this.

Any documentation?
