I can't seem to log my own clips. We were able in the past to click
on a file and have access to a logging/transcription window so we
could transcribe our own content. Is this service no longer
available?

Hi Nathan - Yes, the self-logging tool is no longer available. In the
future we will be introducing a feature that allows you to upload
previously logged clips and import into your MediaSilo account. Please
let me know if you have any other questions.
