MediaSilo 1.9 will be launching this weekend. This is the last update
to the much anticipated 2.0 release and contains many improvements to
performance and functionality.
We expect the update to take place between 9-12 am EST. An update will
be posted in this forum.

I don't know if you can tell me the answer to this right now, but are
you going to allow annotation, illustration, and notes for still
images?

We don’t do much of that. We may approve/comment/etc animations, but they would be in QuickTime form.
It’s entirely conceivable that would be needed by someone who purchases MediaSilo—like a photography agency—but I don’t see much of that for us. I think it would be a good feature to have.

Aub,
Yes, we will be adding annotations to all document types as part of
one of our next releases. Which document types to you use primarily
and what types of annotations are you looking for?
