Small improvements

Just added "powered by MediaRecommend" button, a la Wikipedia's. I
think it's a not-too-obtrusive way of to identify that there's an open
source engine behind the site. If it's confusing to users, that might
just be too bad. If the button is too ugly, well, that might someday
be remedied.

Also, I swapped out the email system behind the site. There could be
situations where Music Recommend's web host would drop the email
request rather than send it. Worse yet, it would act like everything
was fine. It's still not ideal, but better than before.

And other very minor tweaks. (It's all in subversion.)
