Model not able to detect hand gesture

I am applying model fine tuning on my dataset on gesture recognition , i have create my data by recording the live video of mine with hand gesture , model performing well when i provide it image as input but on live stream it is sometime not able to detect hand and sometime it misclassify the gesture , can any body help me how can i improve the performance  of my model?
