offline integration

I'm a newbee investigating use of MediaPipe. 

Do you know if MediaPipe can be used offline on mobile device?

Yes mediapipe can be used offline on mobile devices (Android/iOS so far).
There are sample code here, please give it a try. The hand tracking one was quite fun, I personally recommend it.
