Validity and accuracy on children

Hi all,

I'm working on an application of Mediapipe Face Mesh and Iris for a medical research study where our patients are primarily children 4-12 years old. I was wondering whether children were included in the training sets that the algorithms were trained on or whether they have been validated on younger age groups.

Any information would be helpful.
