No matching distribution found for mediapipe==0.8.11

Hi MediaPipe Team,

I worked on a python project which contains mediapipe==0.8.11 in the requirements.txt with docker.

Until last Friday, I met no error when I compose up the image, everything went well.

But from yesterday, I always got stuck when I use pip to install mediapipe==0.8.11, please kindly check the error message below:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement mediapipe==0.8.11 (from versions: 0.9.1.0, 0.9.2.1, 0.9.3.0, 0.10.0, 0.10.1, 0.10.2, 0.10.3, 0.10.5, 0.10.7, 0.10.8, 0.10.9, 0.10.10, 0.10.11, 0.10.13, 0.10.14)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for mediapipe==0.8.11

Here is my system information:

python version: 3.9.16

pip version: 22.0.4 (also tried with 24.0 and got same error)

system version: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (also tried with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and got same error)

Do you have any idea about how to solve this problem?
