Error when access "Asset map"

I am currently receiving an error when access the Asset Map via the Hydrogen Desktop:

Following on from my email below.

The error seems to occur when a NetCDF format (.nc) file is imported into the system with “packaging = none”. Mediaflux is only able to extract the netcdf metadata when the the packaging value is set to “none”. No error is returned if the packaging value = archive, though when this is selected netcdf metadata is not extracted from the file.

Hi Justin,

You cannot import with archive packaging — as we don’t look inside the archive. So, packaging none is correct if you want metadata extracted.

That error (below) tends to indicate an asset without decimal degrees spatial points.

I don’t know how you are in that state.

We’ll take this on as a support call.
