MediaElement.js and live streaming broadcast

Hi there,
I need to stream live events on my Wordpress site page so that I’ve created a dedicated LIVE section (please see http://43b.60a.myftpupload.com/tvlivevod/) which use JW-Player to stream live events. Our external stream provider publishes the RTMP flash data flow and give also other fallbacks like .m3u8 for iOS devices and for Microsoft Silverlight.
Could you advice #any way to use MediaElement.js to broadcast the RTMP stream on our pages without beeing forced to use JW-Player?

Did the RTMP example in the /demo/ folder work for you?
