Would it be possible to change the beginning time (now 00:00) - in BWAVs metadata it's called origin_time.

No matter what format, I would like to pass a variable to the player that represents time of the recording was made - for instance "14:30:00". If the file is long 5 minutes, it would state on the left of the controls 14:30:00 and on the right side 14:35:00.
