MediaCore CE 0.10b2 released

I just released a second beta for MediaCore CE 0.10.

The first beta turned out to be pretty well but we found (and fixed) a few
issues. The list of changes is not that long but I think that's a good sign ;-)
- bad login link if MediaCore was installed in a subdirectory (or behind a
proxy)
- better ControllerTestCase so developers can also "unit test" their
controllers
- converted some automated tests from the old WebTest-based system to unittest
- translation updates

For more information about the new stuff in MediaCore CE 0.10 please read [1].
Assuming there are no new bugs we'll have a new stable release in a week or so.
