Spoke to a small business owner at the Terra Breakfast who is in the

The Sharps AV quote we got was for about $800.

I'm just checking into a rental option for the day, which might end up being significantly less expensive. Then, we'd just have to pay for lunch.

I can hold off on the food order until Friday.

How about I just check the RSVP list Friday morning and go with whatever number we've got.
Unless the number grows big-time in the last week we should have enough food.

We've got 120 on the RSVP list. (Not counting one or two double-RSVP'd names.)

I'm going to go with that for our lunch order. Even if we end up adding people through next week (Still no CTV, Sun, CBC.) we should have a few that don't show, a few that leave before lunch, or some that only come in the afternoon... And a few that will have to survive the day on cookies alone. ;)

FYI: 120 people for food will come in at about $2,400.
