I've attached a promotional release about MediaCamp to be sent around if needed. I'll be sending it out around here today and to a few other people.

For promotions I've got:

Karen handling the Journal.

Debra handling the CWC and MacEwan

Mack handling the Sun

Chandra handling Global.

Jas to send to City Staff

George to send to Athabasca

Brittney (that's me)  will be sending one around CHED/iNews, as well as NAIT, and will contact CTV.

Any other people we should contact? Thoughts?

Which Gateway-connected folk will hit them up?

On that vibe, the people contacting NAIT and MacEwan could hit up their newspapers and radio station, in case of non-media program student involvement.

CBC?
CFCW?
Access? (Or does Brittney have this via CTV?)
Examiner (Or does Mack have this via the Sun chain?)
Any other radio stations?
IABC

If anyone is contacting someone they know fairly well they could also ask for sponsorship money. Lunch is $20/a head and will be our largest cost. Especially if we start convincing all these media folk to come on out.
